Vivitonin Tablets act by improving cerebral, cardiac & skeletal muscle blood supply, particularly in older dogs. Vivitonin Tablets produce both vasodilation & a reduction in blood viscosity by inhibiting platelet aggregation & improving the flow properties of erythrocytes.
Increases the blood & oxygen supply to the brain, without increasing the brain’s glucose demand.
Has a direct effect on the heart & reduces peripheral vascular resistance, thereby lowering cardiac load. It has also demonstrated an antiarrhythmic effect in dogs with myocardial ischaemia.
