Takes 3-4 Weeks to brew. Can be drunk young or left to mature
Traditional Cider - 40 Pints (23 Litres) with ABV approx 5%
or Strong Cider - 32 Pints (18 Litres) with ABV approx 7%
Also required
1kg Sugar. Any white sugar can be used however we recommend brewing sugar.
